Someone posted this video, which is pretty funny, and also made me hungry.
I decided to make my own.
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 small banana (smashed)
2 tsp sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Form dough into 4 balls.
Put a pat of butter, some piloncillo, and freshly ground cinnamon into the center of each one.
Flatten into a biscuit, brown lightly on both sides in oven-proof skillet (e.g. cast iron) sprayed with butter flavour PAM, finish in pre-heated oven at 375F for a few minutes until done.
